Every SD design also includes two-line bricks at no extra cost. Cladding, tiles, building, skirting, photo engraving, a Bible and a ledger are not included unless the design page says otherwise.

How to Order a Tombstone

Choose your design. Browse the online shop or visit the branch to choose a design and granite colour.
Pay by lay-bye if you need to. Relatives can pay into one lay-bye together.
Pay in full and provide the details. Once the stone is paid in full and we have your information, we send a proof drawing with the wording and layout.
Approve the proof. Check names, dates, spelling and layout carefully.
Production and installation. Manufacturing takes about 21 working days from when the slab is done and the proof is approved. The branch then books installation with you.

What happens if something goes wrong after installation?

Every tombstone carries a limited one-year guarantee from installation, covering only defects we directly cause, at our discretion. Claims need written evidence, such as photos, within one year. We may repair, replace or decline a claim, and the exclusions in clause 8 of our Terms and Conditions apply.

Are you open over the festive season?

Our branches are closed on 25 December, 26 December and 1 January. Other public holidays: 08:00–13:00.
