- The Promoter of this competition is Thabaletsi and Meraki (Pty) Ltd.
- The competition runs weekly from Monday to Sunday.
- To enter the competition: Fill out the form on this page above, like, share, comment, and tag a friend on our competition post on Facebook and you could stand a chance to win.
- To qualify you must live within a 20km radius of one of our stores for the draw and you must collect the prize in person, at one of our stores with a valid ID. The cash will not be given to a relative or someone claiming that you gave them permission. No EFT’s or e-wallets will be issued.

- The prize must be collected within 1 month of us notifying you or it will be given to the runner up.
- This is a digitally run competition. Only entries received online via the Promoter’s official channels are valid.
- The winner will be announced every Monday in the comment section of the post and contacted via the details provided in the form.
- By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition. Furthermore, you verify that you are aware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this competition and if the competition requires the submission of photographs, artwork, or images of people, or of anything else that requires consent or copyright, that you have the necessary consent and authority to do so, you give consent for the image taken at the store to be used and posted on our social media platforms. Any entrant who contravenes these rules may be disqualified from the competition.
- The winner of the competition will receive R400 in cash and must collect the cash in person with a valid ID as proof of their identity.
- You cannot win the cash prize more than once.
- The rules can only be modified by the Promoters in a written revision posted on the competition website or Facebook page or any other official competition communication methods.
- Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transmission. Entries reflected on the Promoter’s records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.
- The prize can only be received by collecting it in the form of cash and will not be compensated through different means or transferred.
- The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions not mentioned hereunder but in accordance with relevant South African legislation.
- The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason.
- Thabaletsi and Meraki (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to the above terms and will not make any allowances for payments not made in the allocated promotional time frame.
- You may not qualify for the R400 cash prize if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant (or employee of a tenant), agent, consultant, or supplier to the promoters, or their respective spouses, partners, family members (parents, siblings and children), business partners, or associates promoters and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors, and shareholders are not liable for any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses, or any costs however arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
- The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
- This competition is not in any way affiliated with and/or endorsed by Facebook or our digital channels.
- Participants understand and agree that in order to qualify for the discount, the Promoter will need to collect and use personal information to communicate with the participant. This information, once the participants have opted in, will only be used for Thabaletsi Tombstones and will not be sold or given to any third party.
- The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the discount at any time, if deemed necessary, in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
- By entering this competition, you voluntarily consent to Thabaletsi Tombstones collecting, storing, and processing your personal information for competition administration and for future direct marketing purposes. You understand that you may withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time.
